• What to do while expecting a baby? Easy pregnancy ideas. •

There are, of course, a million such lists: pack a bag for the hospital, buy a nursing bra, find the right outfit for yourself and clothes for the season for the baby to be discharged, issue a birth certificate, write an application for maternity leave and other fuss. We figured you could handle this without us, and we've put together a less formal and more enjoyable list of things to do before the DA.

Go on a date

Seriously, go to the movies and then to a restaurant. Take a walk in the park or get to some exhibition. Be alone, not poking at the phones and not discussing your unborn child. Pretend that now you are not interested in how he will crawl through such a small hole. He will crawl through, and you will not go on a date soon. In any case, one that does not require you to have a complex sequence of actions from pumping milk to finding a suitable babysitter.

Have a good time

You know, when you woke up, had breakfast, threw crumbs from cookies, waffles or bread into bed, without taking off your pajamas, wandered into the kitchen, carried the dishes, then came back, lay down under the covers and turned on the movie. Spend at least one day before giving birth. It is clear that you have a lot of things to do and so much to do. But sometimes it's good to slow down and give it a little boost. You will iron bodysuits on both sides tomorrow.

invite guests

Perhaps, right now, when you can't wait to finally meet your child, the idea of throwing a dinner party or throwing a party doesn't seem exciting. A much more interesting adventure for you now seems to be the opportunity to sleep on your stomach or drink a bottle of champagne in one gulp. But, unfortunately, now it is impossible. But then you can complain about your life to friends who will come to you for dinner. And as we have repeatedly said, it is not a shame to ask them to bring some food with them if you do not have the energy to cook. Pizza and a movie with friends are also considered a full meal. Even if you went to the guests in sweatpants.

Have a delicious meal

Yes, this point can be considered an integral part of the first and previous ones. But I want to talk about it separately. Delicious food is one of the most pleasant joys in the last stages of pregnancy. Be sure to arrange a belly feast for yourself and feed yourself what you have been thinking about for a long time (just make sure that your gastronomic fantasy matches the menu for pregnant women - that is, you cannot eat a kilogram of raw tuna, alas).

Do not do general cleaning

In any case, not on their own. If you have the opportunity, then order a full cleaning program at some cleaning company whose reputation you are sure of (you can ask around among your friends if you don’t trust yourself and Google). If this is not possible, then call the most sympathetic friends and relatives and entrust this matter to them - preparing an apartment for the appearance of a baby is not some kind of exploitation. And at this time you can take a walk or treat everyone with something that does not crumble. Crushing loaves during this period is only your privilege.

Talk to your mom/friend

Do not just call on the phone with on-duty questions about how your health and affairs are, but spend time together. Go for a walk or to the theater, discuss the near future, tell us what kind of help you expect and what you definitely don’t need, remember your childhood and buy ice cream. In general, be a child for a couple of hours. If your relationship with your mother leaves much to be desired, don't worry about yourself: nerves are more expensive, after all. Turn to a friend or friend and spend time with one of them: take a walk, talk heart to heart, eat ice cream, remember the past and thoughts, in general, take time for relationships that you value.

Discuss important

Before the baby is born, many couples are unaware of how much disagreement they can actually have over the methods of neglecting the baby. So it's best to discuss important things while on shore, from how responsibilities will be divided and what you both think about co-sleeping, to partner birth and methods of postpartum contraception. And discuss vaccination, otherwise one of you will turn out to be anti-vaccine. It will be a shame to learn about this in the DA.

Bring beauty

Do whatever self-care ritual feels right and important to you right now. And yes, you can dye your hair too.

listen to music

If you get to some cool concert a few weeks before the birth (just don't get in the mix, we beg you), it will be very cool. But if not, then just arrange a session of listening to your favorite music at the volume level that gives you the most joy. Dance, sing along, have fun. Music works wonders.

have sex

We don't have to tell you how great it is. Remember that after giving birth, you will not be able to do this for quite a long time. And when the right moment finally comes, your baby will definitely wake up.

P.S.

Also record the movements of the baby in the stomach on video. Indeed, those who say that you quickly begin to miss these sensations are right, but it is impossible to adequately reproduce them in memory. At least you have a video.

The pace of life of a modern woman is a cycle of various events: work, study, business trips, new acquaintances, and, in addition, household chores.

As soon as you find out that you will soon become a mother, how all the attention and strength is switched to preparing as best as possible for this role.

Already behind such a difficult first two trimesters, your colleagues managed to come to terms with your situation, and finally it's time to apply for maternity leave.

To say that you are happy is to say nothing. Finally, the marathon "work - women's consultation - work" has come to an end!

But having so much free time at your disposal is somehow unusual.

We will try to figure out how to most fruitfully spend maternity leave.

Maternity leave. Health of the expectant mother and baby

Every minute of free time for a future mother should be spent with exceptional benefit. It doesn't matter whether it's passive or active; exercise or, say, cleaning the house. The main thing is to enjoy every moment.

1 Healthy sleep. “Now I’ll get enough sleep!” - probably the first thought that a future mother had when thinking about maternity leave. Indeed, a rounded tummy every week makes it more and more difficult to find a comfortable position for sleeping. And when, after turning around for several hours, having nevertheless found the right position, you remember that there is not much time left to sleep - you fall asleep with a thoroughly spoiled mood.

In addition, due to changes in the hormonal background, even the most active women notice severe drowsiness during.

But a full-fledged sleep for the expectant mother during this period is simply necessary, so it is on maternity leave before childbirth that you can afford this luxury. Then other worries will begin: night feedings, early awakenings for trips to the pediatrician, and indeed a double burden in household chores.

Night sleep in a pregnant woman should last 8-9 hours.

Try not to abuse daytime sleep too much, because because of this you can fall asleep worse at night. It is still better for expectant mothers to adhere to the "lark" sleep schedule - go to bed no later than 22-23 pm.

2 Walks in the open air. What could be more beneficial for the expectant mother and baby than a healthy dose of UV and oxygen? Now you can afford to walk not only in the direction of work, antenatal clinic or grocery store.

Take advantage of every opportunity to be in the fresh air: spend at least a few hours a day in good weather with family and friends in green areas designed for walking.

At the same time, try not to move away from your locality for a long time, especially if it is not possible to get to it by personal transport. Country houses, a river, barbecues are, of course, a very exciting outdoor activity, but it is still advisable for a future mother to be as careful as possible.

7 We are engaged in self-development. Some 10-15 years ago, the Internet was available for most of the country, either only at corporate sites, or at home, but with very limited traffic.

Now the whole world is literally open before us: any book, any film or other work of art is available in electronic form. Why shouldn't the expectant mother take advantage of this in her free time? Study literature on motherhood, child care, preparation for breastfeeding.

Do not forget about fiction: a well-read mom with a well-delivered speech is the pride for every child.

Some women start learning foreign languages on maternity leave. Again, through the World Wide Web, you can always find textbooks and dictionaries, even in free access, as well as get to know foreign interlocutors, because live communication is the most effective method of learning a language.

8 Discovering new talents. Even if you have never noted obvious abilities for drawing and arts and crafts, perhaps it is on maternity leave that you will be “drawn” to needlework.

Opportunities are plentiful: watching video tutorials or attending special courses, you can master various techniques, such as decoupage, oil, watercolor or acrylic painting, charcoal or pencil drawing.

I am very fond of needlework: beading, crocheting or knitting, embroidery and sewing.

The future mother can not only create original crafts and home decorations with her own hands, but also knit or sew products for herself or her child. The kid will appreciate your work, because the thing in which so much effort, warmth and care has been invested has a special energy.

As soon as your relatives find out about your pregnancy, how mothers and grandmothers immediately begin to inspire various superstitions.

Someone says that you can’t cut your hair at this time, someone claims that pregnant women are not recommended to do household chores, raising their hands high ... There are countless folk signs and superstitions regarding pregnancy.

We decided to figure out which superstitions you really should beware of during pregnancy so as not to harm the baby, and which ones are just a myth.

Superstition number 1: you can not cut your hair during pregnancy

Someone decided a long time ago that cutting a mother's hair during pregnancy shortens the life of her child. There really is no relationship. And let those who, while waiting for the baby, launch their appearance justify themselves with this stupid superstition. And you should periodically visit a beauty salon. After all, during pregnancy, the hair suffers greatly: split ends, lose their shine and even fall out.

Superstition #2: Don't Knit While Pregnant

The superstition is explained by the fact that the unborn child will be tied in the umbilical cord. In fact, you can and even need to knit. For example, knit baby booties. But it’s really not worth abusing this activity: while knitting, the expectant mother can sit in one position for a long time, and the baby will be uncomfortable because of this. Therefore, during the time it is recommended to take breaks between knitting or sewing.

Superstition #3: Don't sit cross-legged during pregnancy

Many grandmothers forbid this, scaring the expectant mother with the fact that the baby will be born with a clubfoot or crooked legs.

But doctors think otherwise. In the “foot to foot” position, blood circulation worsens, and since during pregnancy the blood flow increases by almost 6 times, the expectant mother can earn varicose veins.

Superstition No. 4: You should not hang linen and curtains during pregnancy.

Sometimes expectant mothers are forbidden to do household chores, scaring them with the fact that the baby will wrap itself around the umbilical cord. Previously, there was even an opinion that if you raise your arms high during pregnancy, this is fraught with entanglement.

Now gynecologists are sure of the fallacy of this assumption, because the child is in the mother's tummy in constant motion and regularly wraps itself around the umbilical cord and unravels it.

Superstition #5: Don't sleep on your back during pregnancy

Superstitious future mothers believe that because of this, their baby can suffocate. And again, medicine brings clarity. At the beginning of pregnancy, when the baby is still small, a woman can sleep in any position convenient for her. But the larger the belly becomes, the more often gynecologists recommend lying on the right side, since the position on the back affects the growing uterus, which puts pressure on the spine.

Also, in the second half of pregnancy, sleeping on your back complicates breathing and blood circulation, so there is a risk of loss of consciousness.

Superstition #6: Don't Cook Baby Dowry During Pregnancy

If you follow this superstition, immediately after the birth of the baby, dad and grandparents will rush to the shops in search of the best stroller, crib, bedding and clothes. And mom may not like their choice, and as a result, a bad mood and a quarrel are guaranteed to almost everyone.

Therefore, without fanaticism, future parents should collect the first wardrobe for their child before his birth. However, we must remember that newborns grow very quickly, so buying a bunch of things of the smallest size is not recommended.

By the way, visiting children's stores is a powerful incentive for a safe birth.

Superstition #7: You shouldn't tell anyone about your pregnancy.

This superstition goes back to the distant past, when it was believed that the expectant mother could be jinxed and she would give birth not to a child, but to an imp. But there is a reasonable amount of truth in the recommendation not to advertise your own. The first three months are considered the most difficult, because the greatest number of miscarriage threats occurs in this trimester.

Superstition #8: You shouldn't take a bath during pregnancy.

Superstitious expectant mothers, while waiting for a baby, deny themselves this pleasure because of fear of premature ones. In fact, from a medical point of view, only a hot bath poses a threat. But warm water with sea salt will help relieve stress during pregnancy, especially if you already have lower back pain.

Superstition #9: Don't Touch Your Pregnant Belly

When the pregnancy is already visible, many relatives and friends of the expectant mother ask permission to put their hand on the stomach. Everyone is interested to feel how the baby pushes.

Superstitious people are categorically against this, believing that the child may be frightened. From the point of view of psychology, another explanation is appropriate here. Allowing a stranger to touch her growing tummy, the expectant mother lets him into her personal zone at a distance of less than 50 centimeters. If a person carries a positive in himself, then the baby is unlikely to be afraid of someone else's touch. And a pregnant woman is unlikely to allow a negatively minded woman to violate her personal space.

Superstition #10: Don't take pictures while pregnant

The origins of this superstition go back to such a distant past that it is not easy to understand its truth. However, unreasonable prohibitions do not prevent expectant mothers from taking part in photo shoots like "Waiting for a Miracle." Pregnancy colors a woman, and 9 months of this amazing period fly by like an instant. Therefore, it is important to have time to catch every interesting moment.

As you can see, superstitions are contrived in time. If they have a medical and psychological basis, then you need to listen only to the objective opinion of specialists, and not those who are trying to inspire you with this or that unreasonable ban.

At five in the morning on January 9, your obedient young father was drunk as a shoemaker, and the subway had not even opened yet. Having somehow reached the house, I, of course, passed out, woke up drunk and went to the bar to drink more. Thus, I lost one of the three days of preparation for the arrival of the child home. This can be forgivable if the spouse does not object to your addiction to alcoholic beverages, and also if you know exactly what should be ready for her return. This text is just about preparation.

Arrange a weekend at work

To do this, you will have to go on an uncontrolled day off or even take an urgent vacation - the latter is preferable, because the first 28 days of the baby’s life, both you and your wife will be in a state close to pre-infarction, and regular panic attacks will be firmly entrenched in your daily routine (why, I'll explain in the next chapter, take it for granted for now). As a rule, at a good job they will enter into a position and write you a day off at least for a week, and working at a bad job is generally not recommended. We were lucky - the child was born on the January holidays, and the buildup period after two weeks of drinking in any company usually takes another two to three weeks. If you are unlucky, you should take care of the vacation in advance, but keep in mind that the date of birth expected by the doctors and the actual date of birth may differ by a week or even two, that is, it will not work to guess the vacation in half a year.

Every day you have to go to the hospital

If you have free time and you are relatively sober, get ready for the hospital. Firstly, your wife needs your presence: she was surrounded by strangers, it is unlikely that her room is as comfortable as at home, and besides, a screaming baby has just been taken out of her. This fact alone contributes to moral destabilization, and all this together can lead to postpartum depression, the consequences of which are really dangerous and unpredictable. Secondly, your wife needs normal food. In absolutely all medical institutions on the territory of the former Soviet Union, nutritional standards are the same, they have not changed since the Second World War. The food that is fed to young mothers is not only inedible, but at least tasteless. In the maternity hospital, they will definitely insist on a certain list of products that can be given to the mother, but no one will be searched. Please note that the list of products was created not to torment parents once again, but to prevent allergic reactions in a child. They will still appear - at least doctors will call any rash on the child's body an allergy, although this is far from always true - but the less variety of products a young mother has in the early days, the easier it is to detect the allergen and avoid it in the future.

Supergeneral get out

Laundry of children's clothes is usually done by pregnant women. Some do it every month, starting with the first - depending on when the items were bought. In any case, things can be washed - all these undershirts, bodysuits and other socks should be perfectly clean. Laundry is the tip of the iceberg. Further difficulties begin. Get rid of any dust collectors if possible: carpets, extra shelves, useless interior items. Of course, you can simply (although this is not at all easy) wash and vacuum all this, but then you have to do this work at least once a week, and this is quite tiring. The ultimate goal of cleaning is to give dust no chance. Try to get rid of sharp or simply unpleasant odors - the child reacts sharply to this. Pay attention to the bathroom - if there is mold or fungi, this rubbish must be destroyed by any means.

Prepare the children's area

Forget about the children's room. If you have one, you will not use it for the next couple of months. Well, or you will have to sleep there on the bare floor (because carpets are evil). Most often, pregnant women arrange a nursery in such a way as to take a beautiful picture and post it on Instagram. There is usually very little practical benefit from this. So make sure you are adequately prepared.

Perhaps, after returning from the maternity hospital, your wife will make a scandal about the fact that you arranged everything not according to Feng Shui, but believe me, on the very first night at home, she will thank you

Throw out a beautiful cradle. They are cramped for babies: most often there are high sides in which they are uncomfortable, and cool motion sickness mechanisms never work. The child needs a bed. There should be a special hard mattress on the bed, it would be good to lay a special oilcloth on it (so that in case of leakage of diapers the mattress does not have to be thrown out), on top - a sheet. A child does not need a pillow for at least a year, it only harms posture. On the other hand, curious children want to see everything around, so there are quite convenient devices - cushions and pads that allow the child to keep his head and shoulders slightly higher than his legs, at an acceptable angle, and other gadgets. But this can be purchased later.

Burn it. Tell your wife that you accidentally dropped a cigarette on the cradle, for example.

Don't put toys on the bed. Firstly, the child will not rush to play in them in the near future, and secondly, these are also dust collectors. You can hang the so-called mobile above the bed - they are shamelessly expensive, but you can find a used one and wash it again. The toys hanging over the child occupy him, and over time he will try to grab them and thus train his hands.

Decide on a place. It's hot near the radiator, it's windy near the window, and besides, it's too light for the child to fall asleep during the day (this is a necessity for him). For a baby bed, you need a place that is dark enough at night and there is an opportunity to hide from daylight, there is no obvious overheating or hypothermia, the bed should be close enough to your bed, because sending your wife to feed the child in the next room is a mockery of her. Drafts should not be allowed, but air circulation around the crib should be regular.

“In winter, this place is close enough to the heater, but not close enough to make you sweat; in the summer, it is just in the path of the air currents from the open windows, over there and over there; it's at such an angle from the TV that it's not straight, so the sound is good, but not so far away as to distort the picture... I could go on and on, but the point is clear."

There should be a changing table in the immediate vicinity - now there are quite comfortable tables that can be fixed directly on the walls of the bed, but an ordinary chest of drawers can also work, as long as it is convenient to change diapers on it. Somewhere in the same area you need to place consumables: diapers, wipes, disposable diapers, creams, special scissors for cutting nails. There will also be a first aid kit - for caring for a newborn, potassium permanganate, brilliant green, cotton wool, cotton buds, and children's paracetamol are needed in case of emergency. Perhaps, upon returning from the hospital, your wife will make a scandal about the fact that you have arranged everything not according to Feng Shui, but believe me, on the very first night at home, she will thank you.

Go shopping

Usually, the consumables mentioned have already been purchased - with some of these things, your wife went to the hospital, and there she was given a bunch of the same local merchandiser vultures. You need to buy important gadgets - that's the deal for a real man!

Humidifier/Air Purifier

The problem of dry indoor air in Russia appeared due to central heating - in winter it is extremely dry in apartments. In addition to the fact that dry air is unpleasant in itself, all sorts of microbes and viruses live in it with pleasure, and dust (which will still appear, no matter how well you fight it) rises from habitable places and climbs into the nose and eyes. It is quite difficult to understand something in the classifications of these devices, but personally, after digging through the Internet, I found out that air purification with ions is not something unscientific, but at least not too specific in showing results. Therefore, I managed the cheapest humidifier-steam generator. The child is happy. These things cost from 2000 rubles to plus infinity. At the same time, think over the ventilation schedule: several times a day it is worth refreshing the room.

Temperature and Humidity Meters

It’s easy with temperature - room thermometers are sold in the Vse po 36/37/38 or Household Goods stores. But there is no need to buy them, because individual devices for measuring humidity, if sold, cost a lot of money. You need to take a home weather station, which simultaneously measures both. Price - from a thousand rubles. The air temperature in the room should not be lower than 18 and not higher than 22 degrees. Correct humidity - from 50 to 70%. In addition, a thermometer for the bathroom will come in handy. It is better to start swimming with a comfortable 34-36 degrees. By the way, if you haven’t bought a bath for a newborn, don’t buy it, it’s a waste of money. The point of bathing is not to wet the child (and not to wash), but that the baby learns to open the lungs and control the muscles (it is easier to do this in water), so he needs to be in a normal bath. A circle for a bathroom is a useful thing, but not everyone agrees to them right away, first you have to stand in a pose of cancer, but as long as the child is small, you can swim with him.

Don't worry if the release is delayed. Usually they are kept in the maternity hospital for three to four days (starting from the moment of admission). But they can hold back if the pediatrician does not like the state of the child (or the gynecologist - the state of the mother). It happens that doctors simply do not have time to complete all the procedures, so they can stay in the hospital for a week. It is not necessary to panic, but you need to be aware of events and support your wife daily.

Do not forget to take all the things your wife needs for discharge. Outerwear, shoes, an envelope for the child - the list will be given to you by the wife before the birth.

Get ready to go for your wife. In our case, discharge was even more spontaneous than delivery. We were informed about this at 10, at 12 it was already necessary to vacate the ward. Therefore, keep the phone in sight, they can call at any time.

Be prepared for the fact that a living hell will be created on the extract .. Do not be fooled by local photographers: keep in mind that the child will almost certainly yell like a cut because of a change in the situation, and if he also goes on the hands of all the relatives who came to the event, he will not let you sleep for the next three days.

- Limit the number of people on the checkout. Best to the bare minimum, that is you. Firstly, they will all climb to touch the child, and no one needs it. Secondly, it’s rather stupid to gather people for 10 minutes on the porch of the hospital, and then rush off in a taxi, leaving them to hang out on their own. Finally, after three days at the hospital, mom doesn't look stunning enough to pose for the camera, so she's bound to tell you that too in private.

Expecting a baby is a quivering and exciting period in the life of every woman. But modern future mothers, accustomed to the crazy rhythm of life, cannot sit still even during pregnancy. Let's take a look at the top 20 best things to do while pregnant. So, what to do on maternity leave before the baby is born?

1. Attend mum-to-be classes

The first and most important thing for a pregnant woman to do is to enroll in courses for expectant mothers. Pregnancy courses are a great program designed specifically to answer basic questions and prepare the expectant mother for the birth of her baby. Paid courses most often include a practical part: classes in the pool, gymnastics or yoga, psychological training.

Do not neglect this, if possible, be sure to go to courses, since after childbirth there will be many experiences, deprivation of habitual life, discomfort, in general

During childbirth, it is better to focus on what is happening so as not to shift responsibility to doctors, who, in fact, do not bear any responsibility and often make mistakes, since they are just at work. I would even recommend going Dole courses. In order not just to learn standard information: how to breathe, what to do, but to thoroughly understand the process.

2. Go in for sports

Remember: pregnancy is not a disease, and physical activity is not only allowed, but also necessary, unless, of course, there are contraindications from a gynecologist. Go to the pool, do yoga, aerobics, dancing. And most importantly, walk more.

3. Decide on vaccinations

Immediately after the birth of the baby, he is vaccinated only after the written consent of the parents (by law). Talk to your doctor about vaccinations right away. Why decide before giving birth? Just because you are offered to give 2-3 vaccinations to your child immediately after childbirth, some are given documents for painting while still on the birth chair. Therefore, you won't have time to think or argue. Get ready in advance.

If you want to get vaccinated, then take an interest in the manufacturer, composition, statistics of complications, ask for documents, certificates and do not be afraid to ask these questions not only on the Internet, but also with the doctor, because it is he who insists on a free good and can even oppress and crush. Find out the country of the manufacturer, the company, how and on whom the experiments were carried out or they are still being carried out and you are just a participant in the experiment. Ask what guarantee the doctor can give.

The law says that vaccinations are a dubious means of prevention and it may turn out that you are simply participating in some kind of experiment. And there is no time to read what you sign on the birth chair. This is an optional event and the parent has the right to refuse it.

Why do we look at food labels in the store, being afraid of monosodium glutamate, but not afraid of what is injected directly into the bloodstream, into the body, and even within a few hours after birth.

In the understanding of many people, inoculation is a miracle liquid with immunity. There is poison with viruses, some may even be experimental. The doctor will press until the very end, he can go for different tricks (okay, let's not be three, but this one is definitely needed). It is necessary to cut it off clearly: we will do it only after six months.

4. Make more time for family and friends

Very soon, your whole life will center around one single person - your child. But while you still have free time: devote it to loved ones. Visit your parents more often, get out into nature with your siblings, go out with your friends, and, of course, spend more time with your beloved husband.

5. Go shopping

Most modern mothers have long ignored the superstitious tradition of not buying anything before the baby is born. Get a crib, a stroller, a changing table, a bathtub, a car seat, a carrying bag, baby diapers and other clothes, diapers, hygiene products right away ... in the future it will make your life easier and save time and nerves.

6. Do needlework

This hobby is also useful because it has a therapeutic, calming effect. Courses "Sewing", "Knitting", "Embroidery", "Decoupage" - this is only a small part of what you can choose for your pastime.

7. Try your hand at cooking

Even if you have never tried baking cakes before, now is the time. It has long been known that during pregnancy a woman's taste buds are aggravated: it is possible that it is during this period that you will discover the talent of a cook or a baker!

8. Purchase an easel and paints

Drawing is one of the best hobbies for a pregnant woman. Soothes, relaxes, gives free rein to fantasy. There is only one rule here: make sure that your paints, felt-tip pens, pencils, crayons are non-toxic and do not smell like chemicals.

9. Sign up for a vocal studio or choir

This is also very useful not only for self-development, but also for the future baby: soft vibrations and a mother's voice soothe, tune in a positive way. In general, make it a rule to sing lullabies to your unborn baby and just talk to him more often. Connect your husband to this: hearing a father's voice is also very important for a child.

10, 11, 12. Read, watch movies, listen to music!

Do not forget to also look for it is not easy to deny yourself everything, but to draw energy somewhere you need it. Often the energy is “drawn from the husband”, but this can lead to the fact that he does not want to be at home.

13. Get a second higher education or professional courses in absentia

This will help you to expand the field of your professional activity after the baby grows up. Many pregnant women do not think about education, work and their career prospects at all, but remember: when the child gets older and no longer requires your undivided attention, you will again want to realize yourself from the point of view of a specialist, a professional in your field.

It may not even be a state institution, but professional courses, any knowledge will be useful to you, especially useful now if you don’t want to sit in the office afterwards are: web programming, web design (not difficult, but interesting), photography.

14. Learn a new language

Self-education is always a great way to realize your abilities and talents. Moreover, you can teach your child a second language faster and easier.

15. Work with Binnance

This is a great cryptocurrency exchange. You can buy and sell almost any currency there, including bitcoin. It can also be a good help and help you earn money without putting much effort into it.

16. Freelancing

Can you write articles? Paint? Do website design? You are dear to the freelance exchanges. This is a convenient way to earn money for pregnant women: you can control your own workflow, devoting as much time to it as you can.

17. Travel!

Traveling is a new bright positive experience that a future mother really needs. The main thing is to consult a doctor so that there are no contraindications and plane-trains are open for you.

18. Socialize with other pregnant women

This will be a source of new useful information for you and an opportunity to make new friends. Such communication can take place both in reality and virtually, for example, on special forums for pregnant women. Such a forum is always a real storehouse of knowledge.

19. Make interest-bearing deposits

During pregnancy, when your life is more measured and leisurely than usual, investing money is a great way to earn some money. Rest assured, this business can be quite lucrative.

20. Just enjoy

Pregnancy is an amazing period in the life of every woman. Unusual, exciting, but happy. These nine months are your nine months. Dedicate them to yourself, your health, your good mood and your happiness. Do not forget to take beautiful photos so that you do not regret that there is not a single photo later. Yes, and then it will be interesting for the baby to see where he grew up)

In my opinion, everything! Or not? And what do you think? I look forward to your comments.

See you
